Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences? The YMCA of Middle TN is hiring a **Membership Attendant** to be the friendly face that welcomes and assists our members and guests.
In this role, you’ll greet everyone with a smile, assist with member needs, monitor access to our facilities, and keep the Snack Shack running smoothly. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a welcoming environment for all.
**What You’ll Bring:**
Be at least 16 years old
A passion for helping others and a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
**Certifications You’ll Need (we’ll help!):**
- New Hire Orientation training before your first shift
- CPR Pro/First Aid/AED (within 30 days)
