ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee multiple sites, providing mentoring and coaching in various locations.
- Ensure implementation of the YMCA educational practices including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.
- Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.
- Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation.
- Work closely with the program directors to ensure classrooms are meeting and exceeding program expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field.
- At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience (required).
- Experience in a high-quality program required
Salary : $23 - $25
