The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking an Exercise Instructor (Boot Camp) to join our team!

As a HIIT / Boot Camp Instructor,you will be expected to lead exercise classes that specialize in high intensity interval training workouts that utilize a combination of cardio, strength, and mobility to create a fun, high energy experience for participants!
Key Responsibilities :
- Conductfun, safeand educational classes
- Design classes to improve one or more of the four components of fitness; flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, and cardio-respiratory conditioning
- Demonstrate techniqueswith different intensity levels.
- Build relationships with members
- Maintain equipment organization
- Assist in compiling program statistics

Wage : $18.67 to $20.67 per hour, depending on qualifications
Hours : Part-Time, Up to 25 hours per week- Monday / Wednesday @6pm
Location : Lakewood Family YMCA, Lakewood, WA
