Camp Manitou is looking to hire a Waterfront Director for the 2025 season! Camp Manitou has been operating in New Auburn on the shore of Long Lake for over 100 years, and sees hundreds of campers every summer. The Waterfront Director would be in charge of the waterfront, which includes the beach, dock, and yes, the blob.
The season starts on June 2nd and goes through August. The waterfront director will need to be present and on site for all weeks of camp. You will get to stay in a cabin up at camp and eat 3 meals a day in the cafeteria.
Job Duties:
This role is responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of campers and staff on the waterfront. They are also responsible for directing programs and performing duties associated with waterfront activities.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid lifeguard certification
- Waterfront certification is highly encouraged
- Must be able to stay up at camp for the summer
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $450.00 - $490.00 per week
