- Job Summary :
The Director of Grants and Foundation Relations will function as an integral part of the Mission Advancement team at the YMCA of the North. The incumbent assists in the planning and implementation of comprehensive institutional giving programs. The incumbent will secure grants from diverse sources, both private and public, that provide vital financial support for YMCA programs and services. This person also provides leadership, project management, technical assistance, and coordination to collaborate with Program staff to develop successful, high quality grant proposals and grant reports.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of External Partnerships who reports to the EVP of Mission Advancement and Development. The incumbent interacts regularly with staff at all levels of the organization in many departments, including Mission Advancement, Youth & Family Services, Beacons / School Success, Childcare, Camp, Wellbeing, and YMCA Branches.
