What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Required state and county licensing, FCCPC, and Florida Credential.
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Proven childcare and supervisory/leadership experience.
- Proficiency in office and computer equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
- High organizational and pressure management skills.
- Physical endurance for active, outdoor engagement.
