- Lifeguard certification (WSI or Waterfront preferred);
- Age requirement: 21 years or completion of at least two years of college;
- Certification in First Aid and CPR;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Good health, enthusiasm, individual maturity, moral character, team qualities, and communication skills;
- Physical ability to endure hot temperatures, physical exertion, manual labor, behavioral conflicts, and the ability to walk, run, and swim every day.
