As our Aquatics Program Director in beautiful, coastal, Freeport, ME, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Aquatics program at the YMCA of Southern Maine's Greater Portland Branch. What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Relevant certifications including lifeguard, CPR, and swim instruction.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in software systems and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel locally.
