POSITION SUMMARY :
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Develops, organizes, and implements high quality YMCA childcare programs.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in human development, education, psychology or a closely related field is required.
- At least two years of experience in the education, non-profit, and / or community agency industries, preferably supervising people, is required.
- Completion of all YMCA-required training including CPR with AED and First Aid.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
- Understands the YMCA is committed to inclusion and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
