What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media and Public Relations Specialist position at YML Portable Restrooms?
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Public Relations Specialist to join our team (The YML Group that includes: YML Portable Restrooms, YML Cleaning and Event Services and The Intergen Group). This position is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging content across multiple platforms, including instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook. The person will play a key role in executing our social media strategy. Manage and grow online communities, respond to comments, and engage with followers. Plan, execute, and track social media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and achieving campaign goals.
Ability to attend networking events in the morning, during the day, and in some cases, in the evening. Able to interact professionally and effectively with potential clients to grow the company brand.
Administrative work, that includes: running reports, etc., as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, mostly from 9am to 6pm (virtual and attending events, when needed). Schedule can be flexible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
