Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process from job postings to candidate screening and onboarding.
- Administering employee benefits and responding to related inquiries.
- Providing guidance to staff on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Facilitating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Supporting performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in payroll software, payroll regulations and practices.
