Yoakum Community Hospital is currently seeking a talented and dedicated RN Charge to join our ICU team on a PRN day basis. As an RN Charge in our ICU department, you will function under the direction of the Department Director and Chief Clinical Officer, delivering safe and effective clinical care to our patients. With your exceptional skills in patient assessment, response, and documentation, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our patient care outcomes.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also develop administrative skills aimed at ensuring safe patient care, effective communication, and activities that enhance unit efficiency. Seeking guidance from supervisors and peers as needed, you will support and contribute to our Quality Assurance Program, demonstrating your commitment to providing high-quality care.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS for the RN Charge - ICU - PRN Day position at Yoakum Community Hospital :
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
- CPR, ACLS & PALS certifications required
- Minimum one year of experience in ICU
