Position Name Senior Test Engineer

Location Richmond, VA State, USA - Onsite

Job Description :
Hands on experience in the build and Testing of Refrigeration system
Refrigeration system balancing and charge balancing
In depth knowledge in the system design of refrigeration / HVAC system
Hands on experience in building the refrigeration system which include
Tube bending and brazing
Component integration
Experience in working with Hydrocarbon refrigeration system & refrigerant
Compressor vacuuming charging
Energy consumption testing at various system conditions
Hands on experience in handling environmental chambers
Basic hands-on skills in electrical system setup and wiring considering safety standards
Understanding the refrigeration parameters (temperature and pressure requirements at various conditions
Test setup preparation : Preparing Thermocouple and calibration, setup of flow meters, pressure transducers as applicable
Instruments handling : Hands on experience in handling DAQ. Connections to the test setup based on the test procedure
Report creation : Gather test data, analyze test data and draw conclusions
Desired Skills
Knowledge about handling and functionalities of various compressor and refrigeration system
Effective communication with offshore and onsite team
Test Planning, procurement of materials and estimation
