Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our data center infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting and repairing network components, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting network link, device, and configuration issues, isolating the problem and fixing it.
- Creating new RMA requests through OEM vendors for both replacement devices and obtaining technical assistance when troubleshooting devices.
- Working with cross-functional teams, including facilities, cabling, and server teams.
- Perform queue management for alarms, tasks, and incidents and participate in ongoing deployment projects.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of IT network experience.
- Experience with Juniper Enterprise, Cisco, and Service Provider network hardware platforms and architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems, tools, and creative problem-solving abilities under pressure.
