Parkland Health is seeking an experienced Senior HCM Business Analyst to lead the implementation and optimization of Workday as the primary Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This critical role will oversee the transition from PeopleSoft and SAP to Workday , ensuring that system configurations align with Parkland Health’s operational and HR needs while enhancing overall efficiency and employee experience.

Location : Dallas, TX (Potential for hybrid as the implementation evolves)

Duration : 7 Months
Shift Notes : Days, 40 hrs / week
Job Description :
- Serve as a Workstream (functional) Lead for the Workday implementation, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across HR functions, particularly within Recruiting .
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and operational leaders to define requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Guide Recruiting subject matter experts (SMEs) through Workday implementation considerations, ensuring best practices and optimized workflows.
- Act as a liaison between IT and HR teams , ensuring technical configurations meet HR and business needs.
- Identify and address change impacts resulting from transitioning from PeopleSoft and SAP to Workday .
- Lead system testing, user training, and documentation to drive user adoption and operational success.
