Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Reporting To: Senior Vice President
Location: Ohio.
A division of the Euro Auctions Group, Yoder and Frey have been conducting auctions of construction equipment, trucks, trailers, and agricultural machinery since 1964 with sites based in Florida, Ohio, and Texas.

Key Activities:
- Lead and manage sales activities within your designated region, ensuring the auction yard is consistently filled with heavy equipment consignments ahead of sale dates.
- Grow the region by leveraging your superior business development skills, targeting new customers, and maximizing opportunities with your existing network.
- Actively identify and secure new clients while fostering long-term relationships with current customers, contributing to the expansion and success of the company.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed their targets, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and success within the region.
The Person:
To be successful in this role you must be all of the following:
- A machinery enthusiast with an entrepreneurial nature who can maximise sales from new and existing customers.
- An excellent negotiator with the ability to spot opportunities and the good sense to act on them.
- Experienced in hunting new business opportunities using current and innovative techniques.
- Competent with the ability to create a demand for consigned equipment.
- A self-starter who can work independently.
- An excellent communicator with a great ability to build rapport and attract Buyers and Sellers to our auctions.

The Requirements
Essential Criteria:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A proven sales record with minimum 5yrs experience selling Construction/Heavy Equipment. ie: Excavators, Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steers, Loaders, Gators/ASV, Telehandlers, Compressors, Generators, Cranes, Commercial Trucks etc.
- An already established network of contacts within the industry. As RSM you should know everyone and everything there is to know about equipment in your region.
- Excellent organization, time management and communication skills, using systems which Yoder and Frey will provide training on.
- A valid, clean driver's license.
Desirable Criteria
- An excellent knowledge of the current national and global market; you should have your finger on the pulse of what's happening in your territory and further afield.
- An already grown knowledge of the Auction industry, buying, selling, and bid-catching at Auctions.
