YogaSix Danville is seeking a versatile and passionate leader for all aspects of Studio Management, including Sales & Marketing, Member Services, and Daily Operations. The Studio Manager for YogaSix is an exciting leadership opportunity focused on driving growth and delivering positive member experiences.

THE POSITION
The successful candidate will be an experienced and competitive sales leader who creates and cultivates members through various marketing strategies. They are responsible for ensuring the studio meets sales goals, is well-maintained and provides exceptional customer experiences. The Manager will implement marketing programs to generate new leads, including grassroots partnerships, participating in community events and social media. They oversee all aspects of studio operations, as well as being a positive and motivating leader mentoring and coaching a team of front desk staff to contribute to studio goals. They must have strong leadership and customer service skills, technical aptitude, effective communication, be efficient, organized, and have a drive and passion for accountability and results.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Membership Marketing & Sales
- Full lifecycle membership sales activities including lead generation, initial contact, follow-up and close.
- Develop and manage initiatives to meet revenue goals.
- Plan and execute all marketing, social media campaigns and community events for brand presence and lead generation.
- Member Services & Engagement
- Assist members and prospective members in choosing classes or membership packages that fit their goals.
- Facilitate a welcoming and vibrant community for members and guests. We aim to make YogaSix one of the best hours of our guests' day.
- Assist with or directly resolve member service issues that may arise in a friendly, timely and effective manner.
- Studio Operations
- Manage and adhere to studio budget, spending and reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate data in all appropriate systems for reporting and analysis.
- Participate in studio, regional and company-wide meetings and trainings as needed.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment, manage all aspects of the facility and designate team responsibilities to meet the highest standards for cleanliness, maintenance, equipment, and preparedness for every class or event.
- People Leadership
- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach and mentor all studio staff, with support of Lead Instructor and Company Owner.
- Train, develop and manage front desk team in all areas of work responsibilities, including sales support.
- Develop and promote teamwork and cooperation among co-workers.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude; promote and exemplify YogaSix values, and represent our brand, objectives and interests to our team and members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Successful membership or retail/service sales experience with ability to meet revenue goals
- 2 years’ experience leading, training and positively engaging teams to perform at their best
- Excellent professional communications and customer service skills, including the ability to continuously engage and retain customers
- Highly reliable, organized, detail-oriented, proficient in data management and confidentiality
- Ability to work professionally and harmoniously with co-workers, members and the general public as a positive representative of leadership and the YogaSix brand
- Prior hands-on experience with computers, software applications and other online tools, including Gsuite
- Please Note: Your work schedule at the studio will need to be flexible as studio coverage needs may vary, including morning, evening and weekend shifts
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $66K-$70K with opportunity for 20-30% performance-based bonus
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, employee membership and discounts.
