What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at YogaSix of Monmouth?
POSITION :
The Sales Associate (Wellness Advisor) assists the Assistant General Manager with new membership sales and the retention of current members. Daily, you are expected to make sales calls and other outreach communications to studio prospects and members. The Wellness Advisor provides superior customer service while helping new and current students with class selections, answering membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases. We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and be part of building a strong YogaSix community.
You must be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours a week, 4-7 hours per shift, depending on the class schedule each day- shifts are throughout the week, including weekends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, Must be comfortable making outbound phone calls to people who have indicated interest in our yoga studio
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Connect with local businesses for collaborations and leads generation
- Strong customer service skills
- A passion for health and fitness
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and / or occasional travel may be required within Monmouth County, NJ
- Attend special events and training as needed
