Company Overview:
YogaSix is the fastest growing boutique yoga studio! We offer six different class types designed to accommodate students of all levels in a way that is empowering, encouraging, and fun.
Position:
As a YogaSix Sales Associate, you will be responsible for executing the full sales process including but not limited to (pipeline generation, qualifying leads, product demo (tours of studio), closing membership and continued relationship building/follow ups). You will work with potential and existing members to understand their needs and goals, and then recommend the right class package or membership for them. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, merchandise sales and creating a welcoming and inclusive community.
This is a part-time position (10-15 hours per week) with a starting pay of $12/hour.
**We are looking for specific availability: Early mornings (5:30am), Evenings (4pm -9pm), and at least one weekend day (Sat/Sun)
In this role, you will:
- Prospect for new members through networking, cold calling, and attending community events
- Qualify incoming leads and book them into their first appointment
- Conduct studio tours with prospects to build report and generate sales
- Answer questions and address objections
- Close new memberships and achieve monthly quota
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and going above and beyond to make sure that our members have a positive experience
- Efficient in using our CRM system (Club Ready)
- Responsible for maintaining positive studio atmosphere
- Responsible for merchandise sales
- Be open to go the extra mile and take on additional tasks
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have a proven track record of success in sales, overcoming objections and customer service
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Be willing to learn and use new software systems
- Goal oriented
Requirements:
Fluent in English (preferred fluency in Spanish)
Available to work on holidays
This is a part-time position (5-20 hours per week) with a starting pay of $12/hour.
