Your responsibilities include leading IT and store support teams, developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems across all stores, managing hardware and software, providing specialized support for POS systems, implementing security measures, managing vendor relationships and budgets, and leading IT projects for store integration and support.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering required.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Extensive experience (5 years) with store systems, including Micros POS and Clover/Bypass POS.
- Proficient in supply chain systems and technology for 5 years.
- 3 years of experience with PCI DSS requirements and solutions.
- Strong background in quality assurance (QA) is a must.
