- Handle cash management, including cash handling and reconciliation of daily transactions.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for processing sales and managing inventory.
- Supervise daily operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and time management practices.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
