Job Responsibilities:
- Existing Timeclock Management
- Monitor clock dashboard, ensure clocks are online and working as expected. Any clock's not working as expected:
- Reach out to the site and troubleshoot issues. Partner with local IT and HQ IT/Firewall teams on any networking issues to resolve
- Communicate with Payroll and ensure that any missed punches due to clocks being down are being captured
- Monitor and work cases submitted by sites for any timeclock related issues. Work with necessary teams to resolve issue.
- Act as the single point of contact for all clock repairs. Work with sites to ship clock(s) to HQ/UKG for repair and back to the site. Coordinates PO's requests with Lead/Manager and track shipping costs
- Ensure clocks have the most up-to-date firmware and coordinate with IT if batch updates per site need to be made
- Partner with local sites to track and monitor clock inventory and clock reserves
- Monitor clock dashboard, ensure clocks are online and working as expected. Any clock's not working as expected:
- New clock request
- Act as the single point of contact/PM for all new clock requests from request through installation and ready for team member use
- Partner with IT, E&F, HR, etc. on documenting new clock requests, gain approval, coordinate necessary IT needs (I.e. IP's/Firewall/conduit/cabling/junction box/mounting bracket) and installation of clock(s).
- Leads timeclock process documentation, management and communication as needed
- Update and maintain WISP clock locations with help from NAMC ITs
- Lead and assist in configuration development in the Workforce Management system
- Collaborate with Payroll Projects team to configure the system for new projects including scheduling, shifts, holiday calendars, pay rules and more.
- Ability to pull data from our DataHub environment and provide reports to users
- Create and maintain customizable reports in WFM and in Boomi for the Time & Labor team
- Support team with configuration testing & validation of projects, as needed
