The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess :
- Manages and leads a team of NCM employees.
- Communicates safety practices, goals, and deadlines to team.
- Motivates team members and provides support to supervisor, including hiring and training, and keeps supervisor updated on team performance.
- Communicates concerns and policies among supervisor and team members.
- Shift Hours : Monday-Thursday 7 : 30 pm -6 am (Some OT and shift extensions required)
- Hourly Rate (21.00 hourly - $30.00 hourly)
