Senior Desktop Support - Level 3
Location : NYC
Schedule : Fully onsite
Hours : 7 : 00a - 4 : 00p
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000 Bonus
Team and environment : Trading and investments - 60 end users with 5 members on the IT side
Qualifications :
- Someone who has worn every hat and touched every aspect of desktop support - must be listed on the resume and hands-on
- Someone who's hungry to learn, improve, and grow - willing to take on new tasks.
- Needs to know Windows 11 well, GPO’s, AD, etc.. Support tools are nice. Understanding of Bloomberg is nice. No FIX support (we will train).
- Ideally trade-floor experience that understands priorities and personalities. Some manual labor involved also.
