Help Desk Technician
Salary: $68,000-$75,000 (Depending On Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Ensures end users have a positive experience by effectively addressing their computing needs.
- Installs, maintains, and upgrades computing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Resolves technical issues in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner through in-person support, phone, or email.
- Escalates complex issues to the appropriate teams or third-party vendors, tracking progress and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Installs, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots user devices, network hardware, peripheral devices, printers, scanners, presentation equipment, and other related products.
- Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves complex hardware/software issues for various end users, implementing corrective solutions, including off-site repairs when needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification is required (Two years of equivalent experience can substitute for every one year of education).
- Network and/or Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
- 3 years of support experience with hands-on PC/OS troubleshooting and repair is required.
- Experience with networking, basic Active Directory (AD) administration, and end-user support is preferred.
- A current, valid driver's license in good standing is required, as driving is part of the job.
