- Excel Proficiency :
Ability to input, organize, and manage data efficiently.
Skilled in editing, saving, splitting, and combining PDF files.
Capable of attaching and sending files via email using Microsoft Office
What You'll Be Doing / Responsibilities :
Log in to company utility accounts to retrieve and download PDF invoices.
Verify the status of lots (open or closed) in the Excel tracking file.
Edit and update PDF files as needed, including adding text, splitting documents, or merging multiple files.
