Our client, a media production firm is currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator for a fully remote 3-6 month contract role.
Position Summary :
The Business Development Coordinator supports the team's growth by assisting in business development activities, including scheduling programming grids for FAST channels, platform marketing support, data tracking, and additional tasks.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Development, they will support all aspects of the Business Development team.
Education / Training : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities :
- Learn FAST / AVOD operations structure and workflow.
- Program and manage domestic FAST channel schedules.
- Liaise with creative services and marketing for promotions and other projects.
- Pull and provide reports to the business development team.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance processes, workflows, and documentation.
- Provide team support and undertake assigned duties.
Qualifications :
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic data analysis skills.
- Ability to identify and escalate issues.
Technical Skills :
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience with Amagi Planner / Cloudport and FAST Channel scheduling.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Wrike, and Confluence tools is a plus.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems
