Technical Business Analyst

Must be local to San Diego and can work hybrid 3x onsite per week

6 Month Assignment

Pay up to $90 hr w2 based on experience

You'll be instrumental in the successful delivery of the global (JML)

project across AM, EU, and APAC regions for Enterprise and Studios. This role requires

technical expertise, process analysis, and collaboration with various teams to improve

JML processes, compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

• Collaborate with global and regional partners to collect and detail business requirements for JML processes.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or compliance risks.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for IT teams.

Process Design and Improvement :
