JOB SUMMARY :
The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance within an assigned geographic region (Western USA) for Yokogawa's Industrial Automation Products portfolio. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with customers, representatives and key stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets. The SM ensures alignment with company goals and fosters a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies, with internal teams and representative partners, to achieve business objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to grow market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
