Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in equipping our business with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to excel. This individual will report to the Office Manager and collaborate closely with sales and marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure our organization is well-prepared and motivated to achieve their targets. The Executive Assistant must be equipped with situational knowledge, a training strategy, and overall best practices and processes to streamline communication and effectively adapt and customize tools to strengthen the organizational process.
DUTIES/RESULTS
Prior Experience: 5-10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role. Experience working in a global environment with multiple cultures is a plus.
Travel: In-Frequent travel required, < 10%

The Executive Assistant must be equipped with situational knowledge, a training strategy, and overall best practices and processes to streamline communication and effectively adapt and customize tools to strengthen the organizational process.
DUTIES/RESULTS
- Content Management: Manage and organize sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and other resources to ensure they are easily accessible to the direct and indirect sales team.
- Customer Portal & Documentation: Manage and complete all customer portal and documentation required to stay active in customer ERP systems.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new team members, including contracted Indirect Sales, providing training and materials to help them ramp up quickly.
- Training Coordination: Assist with scheduled training sessions, workshops, and webinars, working with subject matter experts and external trainers as needed. Facilitate all requirements, outside of education, for the training sessions.
- Take the lead in planning and coordinating company-related events, including sales meetings, conferences, and team-building activities, to foster collaboration and enhance team morale.
- Maintains trusting relationships with the Executive’s customers, team and contacts.
- Exercises strong judgment and maintains a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters.
- Prepares detailed expense reports and accurately reconciles corporate charge card bills.
- Cross trained with other Executive Assistants to provide back-up support as required.
- Miscellaneous duties as required.
- Qualification:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills – advanced skills within Microsoft office suite.
- Highly flexible, resourceful, responsive and proactive individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities.
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
