Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Drive adoption and deployment of new Microsoft 365 features and functionalities to enhance productivity.
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure to support business objectives.
- Collaborate on migration strategies for cloud-based workloads and ensure seamless integration with on-premises systems.
- Oversee and maintain hybrid identity environments, including Azure AD and on-premises AD.
- Develop and implement identity governance strategies to enhance security.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, mobile application management, and security policies.
- Ensure seamless integration and management of diverse endpoint devices within the organization.
- Ensure the security and compliance of O365, SharePoint, AD, Intune, and Azure environments.
- Implement security best practices, including access controls, data protection, and threat protection.
- Stay up to date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, and related platforms.
- Provide proactive support and training to end-users to maximize technology adoption and minimize disruptions.
- Build and maintain SharePoint sites and libraries to facilitate collaboration and business processes.
- Develop workflows, dashboards, and custom solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT systems engineering with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, AD, and Intune.
- Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid architecture principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, proactive attitude.
