Summary:

As the Marketing Director at Yoli, you will oversee all marketing efforts across multiple customer and distributor touchpoints, develop and execute innovative product, business, and brand strategies, and lead a small but talented local and international team. This role is perfect for a creative, results-driven leader with a knack for planning and managing multi-faceted marketing campaigns. You should enjoy problem solving and thinking on your feet with a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to working quickly on tight deadlines. 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

• Develop product and brand marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and consumer insights. 
• Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to reach organizational goals and engage target audiences. 

Team Leadership and Performance Management:

• A player/coach team lead who takes Extreme Ownership and leads by example. 
• Lead, coach, and evaluate marketing personnel to enhance overall team performance, team efficiencies, and the overall effectiveness of all marketing materials across all touchpoints within the customer journey. 
• Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. 

Project Management:

• Manage cross-departmental marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and metrics are met. 
• Support Events, Recognition, and Sales in planning, creating, and ensuring the timely delivery of promotional materials and logoed merchandise to enhance brand value to customers and distributors. 
• Support Events and Sales in planning and creating marketing assets, including PowerPoints and other necessary deliverables, for regular presentations to distributors and larger events. 

Digital/Web Marketing:

• Work with IT to continually improve and optimize website content/user experience.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy and management.
• Plan and coordinate email/SMS campaigns to engage and retain customers and distributors. 

Brand Management and Communication:

• Maintain and enhance Yoli’s brand identity across all marketing channels and user touchpoints. 
• Develop and communicate marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and product promotion. 

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support Sales in creating helpful content for training and sales videos. 
• Prioritize tasks efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and stay updated on industry trends. 
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performances to make data-driven decisions and optimize performance for future campaigns. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications and marketing strategy, with a track record of successful execution of planned strategies. 
• Experience in team and project management and workflow processes. 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory. 
• Familiarity with network marketing strategies and platforms. 
• Familiarity with AI software, MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing software. 
• Understanding of web design and HTML development. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Willingness to travel.
