Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience & Sales:
- Greet and check in clients, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience
- Promote and sell spa services, memberships, and retail products
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage bookings
- Spa Operations & Administration:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including processing payments and maintaining records
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for guests and staff
- Track and manage inventory, ensuring retail and back-of-house supplies are well-stocked
- Maintain spa cleanliness and ensure a relaxing environment for guests
- Team & Leadership:
- Work collaboratively with the Spa Ownership to implement spa initiatives
- Assist in training and supporting team members to ensure smooth operations
- Help address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer service (spa or wellness industry preferred)
- Strong sales mindset with ability to effectively communicate and sell our services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
