Responsibilities :
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on automation equipment, focusing on electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose and repair issues in PLCs, VFDs, and other control systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot communication buses, motors, and peripheral devices.
- Interpret and modify electrical schematics, ensuring system integrity.
- Ensure smooth operation of automation peripherals such as labelers, barcode readers, checkweighers, and vision systems.
- Coordinate with client supervisors to implement effective preventive maintenance plans.
- Document maintenance processes and equipment modifications.
- Provide field service support, identifying and resolving issues to prevent equipment failure.
