YongKang Medical is a patient-centered medical clinic dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager Personal Assistant to support our clinic manager and assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Assist with clinic operations, staff scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain records, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and special projects.
- Handle invoicing, billing support, and expense tracking.
- Order and manage office/medical supplies as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact between management, staff, and patients.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Language: Fluent in English and Chinese required.
- Tech Proficiency: Some experience with electronic health records (EHR) and office software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
