Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) (both written and spoken)
- Strong verbal communication skills, comfortable making phone calls and engaging with patients
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, PDF documents)
