- Adopted out over 1,900 pets , from dogs and cats to chinchillas and guinea pigs.
- Performed over 13,000 spay / neuter surgeries to reduce overpopulation.
- Distributed 47,000 pounds of pet food , feeding over 2,700 animals in our community.

Position : Part-Time Animal Care Technician (ACT)
As an ACT, youll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring the health, happiness, and well-being of our shelter animals. Youll work closely with cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and occasionally other species like dogs, ferrets, and chinchillas.

Schedule :
Were looking for two Part-Time ACTs (24 - 32 hours per week) to work 8am - 4 : 30pm. Saturdays and Sundays are required. Two to three holiday shifts (7 AM10 AM or 3 PM4 : 30 PM) are also required per year, but we promise lots of wagging tails and purrs to make it worthwhile! Additional hours may be available, especially during the summer.
