In this critical role, you will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to architect, optimize, and troubleshoot all aspects of our County IT network infrastructure. Leveraging your creativity and understanding of networking protocols, VoIP, wireless technologies, and security frameworks, you will design and implement resilient network architectures that will ensure optimum performance and robust security to meet our business needs. You will simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying scales, and coordinate efforts across departments to ensure timely and successful execution. You will impart technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff, shaping our team's growth while driving the County's strategic initiatives. Working under the general supervision of the Chief of IT Infrastructure, you will operate within a 100% on-site work environment, working closely with all Infrastructure team members.

Physical Demands
Must be physically able to operate a variety of machinery and equipment including computers, plotters, printers, copiers, facsimiles etc. Must be able to lift and install a 50 pound computer, and be able to move objects weighing up to 55 pounds as needed. Must be able to climb ladders and work in ceiling and crawl spaces.
