We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Representative to join our team. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business development by reaching out to potential clients, identifying their staffing needs, and setting appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients within targeted industries to introduce our staffing services and qualify leads.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by gathering key information and determining the potential needs of prospects.

Client Engagement: Effectively communicate the benefits of our staffing services and explain how we can address clients recruitment and staffing needs.

Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team to further discuss staffing solutions with potential clients.

Database Management: Maintain and update customer contact information and lead details in the software system to ensure accurate records and follow-up activities.

Follow-Up: Follow up on initial outreach, ensuring potential clients are nurtured through the sales pipeline and effectively managed until they are passed to the sales team.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on call activity, lead generation success, and any challenges encountered in reaching goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads and efficient follow-through on client needs.
