Your Role as Director of Nursing Services:
As our Director of Nursing Services, you'll be a key leader in our facility, guiding our nursing team to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. This is an opportunity to bring you expertise, leadership, and compassion to a place where your work truly matters.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of nursing care, ensuring residents receive the best possible support.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that uphold high-quality standards.
- Mentor and support a compassionate team of nursing professionals.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet residents' needs in a caring and family-like environment.
- Oversee budgets and resources to maintain efficient and effective nursing services.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to continually enhance resident care and experiences.
What You Need:
- A background in leadership and previous experience in a similar role
- Graduated from an accredited professional nursing program with a current RN licensure in Nebraska
- BLS certification
