We're seeking a dedicated Surgery Coordinator RN to join our surgical team and serve as a clinical leader in perioperative nursing. You’ll be the go-to expert, helping shape policies, coordinate training, and ensure excellence in patient care across the OR.

What You'll Do
- Support the Director of Surgery in developing and maintaining perioperative policies and procedures.
- Evaluate, select, and introduce new surgical equipment and supplies.
- Educate staff on equipment and ensure competency through training and orientation.
- Act as a liaison between OR staff, physicians, anesthesia, and other departments.
- Oversee daily operations in the OR, including room assignments, staffing, and issue resolution.
- Participate in quality improvement and assist in hiring and evaluating staff.
- Collaborate across departments to foster a patient-first, service excellence culture.
What You'll Bring
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Nebraska
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
- Certified in BLS; must obtain ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing or a related area
- A strong communicator and team player with leadership skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced surgical environment
