We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong creative background and exceptional organizational and people skills. You’ll get to assist in creating a fun promotional schedule for the York Revolution home games, put on a Show for our fans each night, strengthen our bonds in the community, and generate fun social media content. Graphic design chops are a must!

- post-graduate, all considered applicants must be able to start on-site immediately
- graphic design experience, well-versed in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, AfterEffects)
- written communication skills for social content, e-blasts, PA reads, and more
- creating and managing "The Show" script for each game
- scheduling of event staff involved in the game day production
- friendly customer service skills for communicating with fans and guests
- kicking it with community relations and being involved in street team appearances
- fulfilling your dreams of wacky mascot performances
- interacting with professional baseball players to promote the team with fun fan engagement
- grow your supervision skills to oversee college-credit interns
- escape the tarp monster to make gameplay possible at WellSpan Park
