We’re looking to expand our team across the board. We are looking for an IT Lead to help oversee the IT helpdesk department, manage day-to-day technology operations, and ensure the organization’s IT systems are secure, functional, and optimized. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to meet the company’s technology needs. Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management :
Supervise, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and maintain security systems, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and encryption tools.
Resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Manage relationships with third-party service providers and technology vendors.
