Job Description
Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a qualified Data Analyst Junior to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) of the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) with its Integrated External Networks (IEN) services. The IEN services is responsible for day-to-day supervision of managing Veteran, provider and customer relations experience, community care contracts, medical claims payment/reimbursement, network support and adequacy, and other activities associated with the design, development, and maintenance of a high performing network of providers providing VA care to Veterans and family members in the community.
IEN provides appropriate advice, assistance, and executive oversight to existing third party administrators (TPAs) and stakeholders utilizing the community network of providers including, but not limited to, VHA program offices, Veteran Integrated Service Networks (VISNs), Veteran Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs) and other federal agencies. This includes guidance on development and/or modification of business practices as necessary to ensure sound management practices, contract management, performance oversight, and appropriate operations services that will maximize and improve the quality, timeliness, and satisfaction of VHA’s external network of healthcare providers that render services to our nations Veterans, and well as Veterans and their family members.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee mid-level complex data systems and reporting frameworks, guaranteeing the integrity and precision of data.
- Performs other duties as customary of a Data Analyst Junior.
