Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Manage office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and phone systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Process basic billing, invoicing, and POS transactions.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Ability to remain friendly, professional, and composed under pressure.
