Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing, to lead our online marketing strategies and CRM/Loyalty efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques, digital ordering integrations across multiple interfaces and experience in growing guest engagement. This position is perfect if you like to blend marketing and technology to help grow our brand and drive sales. This role is based five days/week at the Support Center office in Torrance, CA. You will work closely with Restaurant Operations, IT, Menu development, and our 3rd party tech partners.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM and Loyalty program management
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement.
- Implement new gift card program (physical and digital)
- Create an editorial calendar to deliver targeted email, SMS, and in App content
Digital ordering (Website/App/Kiosk) with OLO integration
- Ensure website and app UX supports customer and business needs.
- Key member of Kiosk development and implementation team
- Website and App maintenance and ADA compliance
- Support OLO implementation and ongoing enhancements
3rd Party (DoorDash/Uber Eats/ Grub Hub/Yelp)
- Work closely with 3rd party partners to maximize presence and drive incremental sales
- Manage contracts and negotiations
Local pages and listings, SEO/SEM, Review management
- Working closely with Customer Service, manage, monitor and report on customer feedback/reviews. Implement strategies to respond to customer comments as needed.
- Manage and monitor local pages and listings to deliver SEO and SEM results.
Data Analysis
- Identify, analyze, and measure programs and optimize results
- Deliver QBRs for Loyalty, 3rd Party Delivery, SEO/SEM, and Digital ordering initiatives
- Conduct monthly analysis of online reputation
Qualifications:
- 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Strong track record of improving customer engagement through new acquisitions and retention programs
- Experience with OLO, Punchh Loyalty, CMS Canva, SOCi, CMS, 3rd Party Delivery Partnters
