Job Summary
As an Event Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in executing marketing campaigns to generate buzz, drive registrations, and foster FOMO for Yotta and CloudFest. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will coordinate with various teams, manage databases, and ensure campaigns are executed effectively across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented marketing professional with 2 years of experience, ideally in event marketing.
Key Areas of Contribution/What You’ll Learn
Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital ads, partner marketing, SEO, blog and podcast promotions.
- Draft and edit engaging copy for marketing materials, ads, and campaigns.
- Maintain barter relationships with 20 media and industry partners.
Content & Creative Coordination:
- Coordinate with the creative development team to produce compelling ads and promotional materials.
- Assist with social media planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Organize and optimize newsletters to enhance engagement and reach.
- Update website content as needed.
Database Management:
- Maintain and organize extensive databases of marketing materials and contacts.
- Track and optimize campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, AdRoll, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ad Manager.
Event Support:
- Collaborate with the photography and videography teams for onsite and post-event marketing assets.
- Provide onsite marketing support during events, including QAing event signage and coordinating updates to the event app.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track marketing campaign success and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate post-event surveys to provide actionable insights to enhance future events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in event marketing.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media ad managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to events, including Las Vegas for Yotta 2025 (September) and Miami for CloudFest 2025 (November)
