About the Role

The Solutions Engineer at you.com plays a pivotal role in aligning innovative strategies with technology solutions to meet the needs of complex accounts. This position collaborates with clients and internal teams, including C-level executives, to deliver multi-product technology solutions that drive value and business performance. The role requires expertise in business development, IT strategies, operations, and executive-level product demonstrations, while serving as a trusted advisor to advance innovative solutions. The Solutions Engineer is responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending strategic solutions, and delivering tailored product demonstrations that showcase the value of you.com technologies. This role emphasizes innovation, problem-solving, and creating connected experiences to help clients achieve their unique business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Business Problem Solving: Address complex and ambiguous business challenges by conducting research, defining problems, generating innovative ideas, identifying opportunities, and recommending actionable steps.
• Innovation Management: Streamline client decision-making processes by evaluating solution options, building consensus among stakeholders, and, when necessary, creating new decision frameworks and governance processes that deliver long-term value.
• "Solutioning" and Demonstrations: Deliver transformational product demonstrations, including live pitches, rapid prototyping, and executive-level presentations, while validating proposed solutions tailored to each client's unique challenges and objectives.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Identify customers' business objectives and position you.com solutions to meet their needs, crafting tailored strategies that showcase how our products can enhance their business performance.
• Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of customers' architectures and align you.com solutions with their business goals. Lead cross-functional solution teams to ensure alignment with opportunity strategies.
• Customer Experience Storytelling: Develop and narrate compelling customer experience stories using you.com technologies to inspire innovation and engagement across client organizations.
• Training and Certification: Engage in ongoing product, sales, and procedural training to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills essential for success in the role.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of AI applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
• Exceptional oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to solve technical challenges in dynamic and complex environments.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a Solutions Engineer capacity.
• Experience working in a start-up environment is highly preferred.
  
  

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.

Salary Band

$195,000—$225,000 USD
