Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in providing exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program development and management, along with a passion for advocating for the rights and well-being of our clients. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, excellent relationship management skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability and resource allocation for various programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, staff, and community partners.
• Supervise program staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies while promoting best practices in service delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service offerings and improve client outcomes.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for the needs of individuals served within the community and at various levels of government.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
