These packages typically include base pay, along with opportunities for additional earnings through commissions and/or bonuses. This is a full-time, hourly position.
Core Job Duties

Member Experience: Ensure a positive member and guest experience with a friendly team, clean environment, and well-maintained equipment.

Employee Training: Partner with the General Manager to train new front desk team members.

Team Management: Oversee the front desk team, managing daily duties such as cleaning, sales, and guest entry.

Reporting: Provide reports to the General Manager on staff education and development.

Scheduling: Create and maintain the front desk schedule according to YouFit standards and budgetary requirements.

Policy Management: Handle front desk policies, procedures, and customer service issues.

Log Maintenance: Maintain all front desk logs and work orders.

Revenue Growth: Achieve supplementary revenue growth through retail sales and upsells.

Ticket Management: Manage facilities, equipment, and IT tickets, ensuring timely resolutions.

Aesthetic Maintenance: Keep the front desk and lobby area aesthetically pleasing, including cooler, retail displays, and promotional materials.

Inspections: Complete monthly safety and preventative inspections.

Communication: Report outstanding issues or needs to the General Manager.

Availability: Be available and reachable by staff during reasonable working hours.

Issue Reporting: Report high-priority issues to the General Manager for appropriate action.

Operational Tasks: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks.

Marketing Display: Ensure all marketing materials are displayed throughout the club.

Club Culture: Maintain a clean, friendly, and fun club culture.

Event Participation: Participate in company meetings and marketing events, both virtual and in-person.

Computer Literacy: Demonstrate Intermediate computer literacy skills for use of job-related software and technology

Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience in sales and operations management or lead role

Experience dealing directly with customers as well as vendors

Experience in the fitness industry (preferred)

Effective English communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is favored.

Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic.

Committed to continuous personal development.
